Health Coaching for
busy, professional moms & purpose-driven women
who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and done putting themselves last.
Have you been doing everything for everyone while neglecting yourself and running on empty?
Has life 'happened' and you no longer recognize the woman you've become?
Let's change that.

sound familiar?
-
You're exhausted all the time—running on coffee and willpower, with nothing left for the things (and people) you actually love
-
You barely recognize yourself —whether it's in the mirror, old photos, or just how you show up in your own life
-
You're short-tempered and irritable—snapping at your kids or partner,
then feeling terrible about it later
-
Your body feels like it's working against you—the weight won't budge
no matter what you try, and you wake up feeling stiff and older than
you should
-
You keep putting yourself last—and deep down, you're wondering if
you'll ever feel vibrant, confident, and truly alive again
You don't have to feel this way anymore.
Imagine waking up energized, confident, and fully ✨alive✨ again! Your transformation starts with one conversation.

meet YOUR HEALTH coach
Hi! I am Owen Amadin and I've been in your shoes.
I earned my Master's Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching in 2019, but knowing what to do didn't prevent life from happening.
After becoming a mom in 2020, I:
-
Gained weight despite having all the "right" knowledge
-
Put everyone else first while my own health suffered
-
Knew what I "should" do but couldn't make it stick in real life
That's when I realized that knowledge
isn't enough. To lose weight and
keep it off, we need sustainable
strategies that work with the
unpredictability of life.
I finally lost the baby weight
(~80 pounds!!) without a GLP-1 drug
or a fad diet, but by practicing what I
preach: building habits that fit into an
already full life.
Now, I help busy, professional moms and purpose-driven women prioritize their health and thrive in life again by implementing my proven "Lose Weight for SHR" framework.
You don't need another diet or more information. You need someone who gets it — me.
