Mom, I know how the demands of motherhood can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted.
The challenges of raising a whole human introduces unexpected struggles—especially when you're going through a rough patch in your relationship and feeling pressured to do it all - work, take care of home, take care of baby, cook, clean, do laundry....all of it.
For me, the weight of it all led to a dramatic weight gain of 80 pounds and a battle with depression that left me feeling physically and emotionally unrecognizable.
In my darkest moments, I turned to God for guidance. By His grace and the knowledge gained from my master’s degree in health and wellness coaching, I was able to lose 80+ pounds and reclaim my sense of purpose. Now, I am so much happier and show up for my son better, too.
Mama, you too can get back to yourself post-baby. My mission is to help and guide other moms like you on their own transformative journey by providing accountability and support as you make the changes needed to become a healthier and better you. You deserve it and your family does too.💜
